Hello. Thanks for the good video. But I have one question that I couldn't find answer how to fix my issue. When I deadlift (conventional 75-80% of my PR) I lift with flat, neutral spine, but on the way down, when I lower the bar my upper back starts to round as hell. Could you pls give me some advice how to fix it if it's bad or should I leave it like that? Thanks!

Just came back to this video. Is that starting position over the navicular bone the same as starting strength suggests, where the bar is about 1“ away from the shin when standing fully upright in front of the bar? Does starting over the navicular bone mean that the bar is even closer to the shin? If so, how do you find that optimal position? Thanks for your help! I appreciate it

Hey brother. Great video.. I noticed that your arms are slightly bent at the elbows at the start of the Deadlift. Is that a thing to avoid? Also are you using a hook grip?? 3

I use the hook grip (thumb lock). I can hold my 1 rep max until the light turns green with it.
