Thank you, God. I thank God for you. I broke down this morning praying to God, asking him to help me with my 8-year-old I feel so ashamed of myself. I am grateful 🙏 that God sent me to KZbin, and there I got a video notification from you,videos I overlooked, and sent to me this morning . My biggest issue is shouting at my kids😢I will practice only using my inside voice.

I really loved this video! I remember feeling so overwhelmed as a young mother of 4 girls. I believe it’s never too late, even when kids become adults, remembering to soften our tone, listen, and treat one another with respect is so important. Thank you for sharing your story and giving us the tools to change our own hearts so that our children always feel loved and cherished.🥰

Thank you. My daughter is so difficult. But these tools help. I feel like she was born on empty and needed sooo much more than everyone else. I guess the answer is in the question. She needs more, so give her more. Everyone tells me to just punish her and it never works. She just gets worse. Thank you for all you are doing Jady. I also hate spanking and think its detrimental. I pray. I love knowing there are mamas that live the lord and do His work. ❤❤

This was great information. I wish more parents practiced kindness and respect towards their children. I feel like a lot of people see kids as less than adults and treat them like so 😥

I'm not yet a mom, I'm still far from there. I'm one of the care leaders in our church who entrusted by the Lord to take good care of His sheep. I subscribed to your channel Miss Jady A. because I am tutoring and your videos really helps me a lot. The Lord lead me on this video and made me realized that taking good care of children is not far in taking good care of souls. Through your videos God made me realized that though I am not yet a mom He reminds me that I am a care leader who have care members and an educator who have students to teach them about life. I'm thankful to God for your life Mrs. Jady A. May our God bless you, your family and your ministry thousand folds!

im sittong here at 130 am, totally breaking down. You just described my son to a T. I have been struggling so bad with him, and am just at my breaking point. He has always been difficult, bút when his father died 3 hears ago(he was 3 at the time) things spírralled out of control. Now hes 6, is a huge problem at school , wears down my patience and my ssanity like no other.. now i see the problem is me... Funny enough i always telling HIM "the only person you can control is yourself" -meanwhile í should have been taking my own advice and controlling my own attitúde, frustration , anger, grief, etc. ...This helped me so much, you really have no idea.

What do think would be a fair consequence for back talk and disrespectful attitude for a seven year old? I take away her tv time in the afternoon but it doesn’t seem to help. I think she needs an immediate consequence. Great video!!
@gisellesuarez6893 Жыл бұрын
That depends I think..Maybe there will be a moment in which you can have a bond with her..More time with her...I feel TV is not necessary if you have more activities with her...

I think this video has great information, and as other videos has been very helpful. But I personally believe that putting a believe into a child that God will help them is too much for that child, because if they feel they are struggling even after all of the prayers, it makes them feel they are not worth it and not enough for God to listen to them. And puts a believe of worthlessness way into adulthood. In my personal experience, I prayed I could do math and be able to focus. It never really happened. As an adult, I discovered I have discalculia (math dyslexia), and ADD and the nuns never figured it out, they would just tell me to pray. To me, asking a child to pray to God to be "good" is child abuse.

If i take away the buildingblocks when she is throwing it, and then she starts crying alot what shud i do after that?
@lucinda6416 Жыл бұрын
Tell them firmly but kindly that what they did was not nice, so you had to take it away. Wipe away their tears and ask them to sit gently besides you for a moment. When they are calm, you can give them back their blocks or replace it with bonding time or another activity. Hope that helps, it’s easier said than done. Rely on the grace of God.

This doesn’t help my kid. It reflects my childhood. You said grounding a child for a month is wrong. It reminds me of being grounded for a year in my bedroom. I could only go to the bathroom. They’d bring me food and water.
@JadyA15 күн бұрын
I am sorry you were grounded for a year I hope you understand this is child abuse and that you do not do that with your current children.
