SHE LOOKED SATISFIED ...N...THAT'S THE GOAL...GREAT JOB..... I'VE HAD A FEW DIFFICULT CLIENTS B4 N IT SEEMED TO ME AS IF THEY WERE TRYING TO BE INTIMIDATING....BUT WHAT I DECIDED TO DO 1ST WAS JUST TALK...I WOULD JUST SAY LET'S TALK(consultation)...what would you like to keep n what would you like to cut...what are u tryin' to achieve etc and it seemed to break the ice so to speak...also for every training i would TAKE...i would post my certificate to 'CERTIFY" my continuing education and account for my price increases...and as u said INFLATION...BEST WISHES

Absolutely love your content. You seem to do exceptional work. I have noticed that you showcase a younger demographic. I had hair like theirs at that age. 😩😂 Would it be possible to show your work on older clients, periodically? I would love to learn some things that might help with challenges women in their 50’s have; like thinning. Best ways to cover grey, etc. You do a wonderful job editing & your videos are very relaxing. New subbie.
