❤❤❤ Hooponopono like! I loved how you put "you are melting into your own emotion, giving it space..." Hooponopono teaches you to love our inner child-- all of our feelings/whatever comes up for our child (emotions/stuff/ all of it. The purpose there is also to do away with opposition and just focus on our inner everything caring and loving our emotions. saying i love you and thank you to the feelings and in essence really thanking our inner child for showing herself. I m going to come back to this segment a lot, Tosha! "Melt into the feeling"!

I am not one to start laughing uncontrollably for no reason but I started thanking things/emotions/situations I hate after this and I had a laughing fit for two or three minutes and then out of nowhere thunder struck outside. Holy moly. Big release.

I’m so incredibly grateful for these most recent uploads!! Even the smallest snippet of Tosha’s words just fills me up so much. It would be ideal to do that for myself, but I honestly sometimes just forget that I can. 😊

Thank you do much, Tosha!“Oppositional force”! Great term. Situation then becomes a standoff. Radical gratitude is the reconciling force. Law of Three.

I found and listened to this EXACTLY when I needed to today! I'm also listening to the other new uploads from Tosha! All such great reminders to be grateful. I had just started "It's Not Your Money" late last week.... again!!! I felt that I just needed to focus a little more and was missing my daily prayer. Plus, I find this a great way to not try to control everything going on due to some major moves currently going on in our lives! So, from the bottom of my heart... Thank you, Tosha! 💞

I don't know if you ever read Merlin Carother's books like Praise Works, Power in Praise, etc. It is super Christian but he believed in praising God even FOR the bad stuff because God allowed it and has a good plan and some amazing miracles that happened because of it.

I found this very fuzzy and the sound (voice) very unclear. I'm away from home. I suspect I need headphones and none with me. Thank you for all you do, Tosha. Caryl in New Zealand
