This happened to me for a big manifestation. It came in so hard just as it was about to manifest. The momentum of the manifestation was so great that my doubt didn't change the outcome. Rather, I recognized it as an old pattern, then let it go, and it went away. Gets easier every time. Love your perspective, thank you!

Good news people! We don't have to get rid of doubt to get our manifestations. Thank you Amy!! 1. Get in the habit of acknowledging the doubtful thoughts. 2. Remind yourself that this is an all-inclusive universe which means there's a version of me who gets what they want even when I have doubt. 3. More acceptance - Welcome the doubt "I should have the doubt" "it's okay to have doubt" " this version of me has doubt so I'm fine". 4. "BUT I CAN STILL GET WHAT I WANT even when I have doubt" because you're this version of you. Go back to living in the end through whichever preferred technique to get you to the feeling state. 5. Go about your day Repeat this process every time doubt comes up. This should make you feel relaxed and release resistance.

So happy to see you back on KZbin! I had an interesting manifestation experience this weekend. I play tennis and I had a tournament this weekend. I don't consider myself as a very good player, but I'm not bad either. Anyways, at the beggining of every match on this tournament, I told myself that I had won the match and that everything that would happen during the match was the Universe showing me how I got to my desired result. I faced very challenging moments on each match (like being down 5-0 in one of the sets, missing easy balls, my opponents playing better than me and blasting winners that I couldn't reach...thoughts of retiring on the final match, because my body was in pain). Besides all of that, I repeated to myself "Wait. I won the match. Everything that is happening sucks, but that's part of how I won. Somehow, I won". And I won the matches and the tournament.

I focused on getting a home for a year. I knew it would be in summer and we would be in the home for my daughter to start kindergarten. I was obsessed w zillow and followed the market. I had a layout in my head that was important to me and a minimum lot size. I wanted it to be livable but ready for updates so i could pick out my bathroom and kitchen style. I doubted this so much but kept on. Not only did i get the layout i wanted in a fixer upper on more than the minimum lot size (for $50k less than the asking price in the 2023 market!) but the town is super cute and we moved in 2 days after school started. It all worked out and im still mystified. I am thankful every day for my home. I came here bc now i am manifesting a business and keep having doubts. Its ok, the doubts are accepted and we still get what we want. Love it! 💕💃

This helped me so much in a very desperate and difficult feeling situation. I followed what you said and allowed the doubt it’s space and recognition. I always shove it down and it just burns in my tummy and causes my mind to race as I fight to ignore it. This time I sent that doubt and fear and burning sensation in my tummy validation and love and understanding for how it came to be. What a shift!! And yes with all my doubt and even feelings of I have to let the possibility of this happening go, my manifestation has come. Feels like a miracle for sure. 🎉❤

Yay Amy is back! Yep, doubt is okay to have. I realised it's futile to try to control doubt and fear because that is messing with the middle. If we're in the end then that doubt that we're having is completely safe to have. It is not a threat to our manifestations.

Ok, so I manifested my university acceptance for medicine and I manifested several boyfriends and I had a lot of doubt most of the time and the manifestations still showed up. BUT they always showed up when I had “given up” because I thought they never would show up, so now I can’t properly let go of my manifestations because my brain goes “as soon as you properly let go it will show up” and then I can’t let go at all and I really don’t want to fight myself until I give up… does that make sense? Please help 😢😅

This can be the manifestation where you don't give up/let go. So try this, "even though I can't give up/let go this time, it can still happen anyway." There's a first time for everything! :)

Unfortunately I somehow didn’t get a notification so I only just saw your comment but I’m extremely happy about it (like that was a mini manifestation of mine since I started watching your videos a few weeks ago :D)… After watching a lot of your videos and spending some time sitting with my feelings I realised that the importance I put on properly letting go of my manifestations is just my old friend resistance… putting that much emphasis on letting go only serves the purpose of trying to avoid the negative feeling of not having what I want to have.. resistance is a funny thing! I now deal with it by applying your loophole-technique and I feel much better, so again thank you so much for all the valuable advise you put out! It’s truly appreciated :)

The funny thing is that I realised that this problem is actually my resistance putting up a little fight as it is now trying to convince me that I won’t ever manifest anything again as I cannot let go anymore… human brains are so weird like how is it possible that being successful at something can convince me that I won’t be able to do it again?! :D Anyway, I find Amy’s advice on resistance very helpful so I’m now applying her loophole-technique and that helps a lot! After listening this video and applying this..i had my desired fulfilled in half an hour. I had a lot of resistance..i will not tell how long it took (long), but all the process is full of lessons for me and quite interesting how things untangled instantly when i did take in: there is a version of me having allll my doubts and anger and frustration and negativity surrounding my desire and, well, still having what i want just like that. It was such a vivid realization...thanks, Amy. P.s. i see rainbows so often ( one of my silly desires is to see rainbows more than the averege person haha) and always think gratefully about you. Yes!!! I have manifested WITH tons of doubt! I notice that these things manifested AFTER I gave up. All because at that point, I've completely released any resistance whatsoever! Yay you’re back! I have a story. So this past weekend I was coming back home on a standby flight. I haven’t had the best luck with those recently so I kept telling myself to stay calm. I was last on the list so if there were any seats, I may not get one and would have to wait either until the next flight or the next day (which I didn’t want to do. I was sick and wanted to be home already). As they start to board, I say to myself that I’ll get on but I was so doubtful about it due to my luck in the past. I was the LAST name they called and I got on the flight. Then as I sat down on the plane, I found out that the flight going back home after the one I got on was cancelled and I would’ve had to spend the night in the airport. Crazy manifestation!

I think the constant doubt gets less and less as you start to catch it and understand that it’s not a hindrance unless you assign it that meaning. Manifestations always flow in naturally, and it’s completely natural to doubt. This is such a small shift but such a HUGE game changer!! Thank you for the value that you provide!!

Hi Amy, welcome back! I think everything I have manifested I had doubt to some degree, even the "little" stuff. I personally don't believe it stops you, I think it's just part of the process, or at least it can be. It's when you start weighing that doubt against your manifesting or believing will stop it instead of just embracing that it's part of human nature, that it becomes a problem.

I don't seek to place judgment on any other creators and their teaching methods, but your energy resonates much better with me than that of other creators because you offer and explain a much kinder approach to manifesting. I feel much safer and at home being sweeter to my subconscious instead of talking over it or the like when it does something so-called "wrong" if that makes sense. You have really lightened my soul with your discussion of acceptance rather than resistance. I know many preach acceptance and denying the 3-D but you really helped me truly understand what that all meant. I picked up many of your videos in the recent weeks and you're one of my favorite manifestation coaches. :) Even your older (5+ years) videos are a treasure. I'm so thankful you're still creating.
