This video is everything I've been looking for. I'm going into year ten and like ur self I am very shy but how do u deal with fake friends when they're the only 'Friends' u have. I'm not good at talking to new people, I have gone through so much to try and fit in with these people because if I don't talk to them then I won't have anyone at school. I've tried avoiding them before but it never works I always stupidly go back to them because I feel lonely. The only friend I have that is true is also friends with the enemy so how do I help myself? I was in the exact same situation. I just remained friendly and tried not to feel offended when i was left out. I knew those people would never be my true friends and i knew that the moment school was over i would never have to see those fake girls again. Hang in there and just play it cool, don't take things to heart and look forward to your future outside of school. Start thinking about your goals in life because I found that distracted me and kept me happy x

@@sarah-hx5ds Hi I hope you're well! reading my comment back from 3 years ago I have realised a lot actually changed since then, so sorry in advance for the long reply back. I was in a group of 3 and from that point onwards I realised I was closer to one more than the other. but because I always felt so left out I let it cloud my judgement of this one friend as a whole. so instead I paid no attention to how I felt towards the group as I realised I valued having this one friend more than 'being included in the group of 3', else I would've tried to force myself into a friendship for all the wrong reasons (wanting to fit into a group without really valuing the people as individuals). by doing so I grew closer to her and distanced myself from the other. it really is true what people say about one good friend being so much more worth than having loads, and I learnt that soon enough. we're still close to this day but I can't disregard the courage it takes to make new friends too. sometimes its the people you hadn't noticed all along but were always there even in the background (my situation exactly). I hope this helps and although there's more I can say, the main thing to take away from this is that you don't need a lot of friends to be happy and courage is really all It takes to find the people you know you'll value spending time with xx

I’m not sure if I’m the toxic one but, I had this one friend who I trusted. The girls in my class were talking behind her back and I told her everything. The friend I trusted asked those girls it was true, they denied it knowing full well they did say those things. I was shocked they could lie to my face like that, and my class is relatively small so stuff happens and you can’t do anything about it. The friend I trusted told everything to them to confirm, and in a way kind of backstabbed me. They have group chats without me and when I asked the friend I trusted she made up lies and tried to cover it up. Ever since then everyone thinks I’m a backstabber because I told my friend the facts and the girls denied it. Am I toxic? What do I do?

This is exactly what I need! Lemme explain the story: so it all stared yesterday when I made a character in a game then I sended it to her once she saw it she began judging my character and saying that hers is better. Then al of the sudden she said: why do you force ppl to care abt you when ur sad no one likes cheering you up, first of al I’m not forcing when I’m sad I just like to talk to others even if they didn’t cheered me up I would still appreciate it, then she started calling me stupid, that I was doing a horrible job in school, that nobody loves me and that nobody cares when I’m sad, I got really upset from this but I just letter her finish her stupid story then she started calling me dramatic just for being sad, as if she ain’t dramatic, she’s dramatic almost every time she’s such a hypocrite the last thing she said on discord was: bye edgy demon and the only reason she said that was bcs I like watching horror movies with gore, but she likes watching that to so that doesn’t makes sense -_-. Then I texted her on whatssapp cuz she didn’t blocked me there: so you called me an edgy demon but is it ok if I call you a toxic hypocrite, that’s fair enough right? Anyways this is the third time you’re causing this drama and I don’t wanna be friends anymore I lost my trust in you and I’m really disappointed, bye
