I can confirm that this works. Have a goal as motivation to summon that bravery. Accept that fear is the duality that is a catalyst for growth. When we grow, we blossom!

Fear is actually caused by the desire only... Here's an example from my side... I feared a lot that I would lose my SP, but then I realised that it's my desire which is causing the fear.

This has easily become my favourite video on dealing with fear! It really has everything I need to know to handle it with grace. I really don’t need to refer to anything else (and I have watched a lot of dealing with fears vids lol). Congrats on 12K subscribers 😊 well deserved

It’s truly so freeing so motivated to do a still meditation without any sounds to be totally focused and become an awareness in the blackness and when the fear comes up just be in the moment and sit with the „fear“

Much needed video, been struggling with panic and fear localized in my left arm and chest, trying to supress it, to no avail. Then panicked more because I thought it will ruin my inner work. Thanks a lot 🌼

oh wow, what a good food! i have been planning to ask you to make a vid about fears, few days ago but forgot to comment it lol. I realized that i tend to hold back from manifesting something that seemed to be "huge" to me and scared about this bridge of the incident which leading up to that. and sometimes my mind is also running wild of imagining something so unpleasant. But, anyway thanks for talking about fears again here, it's a good reminder. Congrats for 12K subscribers~

Love the channel and I’ve always loved how you stick to neville but not so sure about this one man… there’s so many Neville quotes talking about not entertaining such feelings. I’ve never heard neville say anything close to any of this. We are able to control our state, if not who can? Why not consciously work to calm ourselves down and return to a more desirable state instead of going deeper into the fear and giving it all this attention? We are NOT perpetuating fear by “doing” this action of calming down. There’s so many LOA coaches who give such unproductive advice that I’ve seen even you comment on, about how giving attention to resistance and blocks and purges or whatever just isn’t necessary. What we focus on manifests, so why not switch up our state and dwell there? Why not imagine how it would feel to be totally fearless? Getting very calm isn’t suppressing at all, it’s resetting your state and getting down to the awareness that I am. And from there imagining lovely things. Neville absolutely never mentions resistance, we can control our attention and facing the undesirable is not something Neville would ever say. Maybe I’m misunderstanding you but I’d love to hear what you have to say about this. Personally, I am not indifferent to unpleasant feelings. I am not open to moping in fear or observing things without labeling it or whatever. I am responsible for my state and I can choose to switch it up and relax, or at least ignore it if I can’t take a moment to concentrate on relaxing. Come on bro, let’s stick to Neville this is totally missing the mark 😅 This is what my process has been that has worked for me and what I believe Neville teaches from my understanding. 1. For any negative emotion, do not entertain them. That doesn’t mean fight fight fight them, it means focusing on calming down. 2. Repeat silently but feelingly that I am. I call this resetting my state. This is not observing the negative emotions or sensations but getting into a comfortable state, transcending the limitations of the negative emotion and just being. 3. Imagine pleasant things, give beauty for ashes and joy for mourning. Yes, literally getting rid of unpleasant feelings. It’s much more enjoyable to be in a pleasant state than an unpleasant one.

Hi Niclas! I have a question. The few Non Duality spiritual teachers who do talk about conscious manifestation always state that in order to manifest, one has to do one mandatory thing previous to visualizing; going within into pure consciousness, and THEN, visualize. This, because once in pure consciousness one is already in a state of complete abundance and thus, manifesting will come as a byproduct. Your thoughts? Thanks!

What do you think the state akin to sleep is? It’s pure conscious state. So you have to do this? No, but this type of thing, Neville has been saying since the beginning

@Juan you do not have to first recognize your true self (pure consciousness) before imagining. Imagining (which is not the same as visualizing, visualizing is one aspect of imagining) is happening all the time, but you can do it consciously or unconsciously. Obviously we are here to consciously master our life.

I'm confused. You said one should not try to let go of their fear with the intention of getting rid of the fear. then why should I try to let go of that feeling? There are many sensations in my body, but I don't try to let go of them. If a sensation doesn't feel right to me, naturally I would want to get away from that sensation, right?

hmmm but for example the sensation of pain or itching i would say is unpleasant itself without the story of the mind? cause there are biologically made to be unpleasant i guess.

Not necessarily true. Many ascended masters/yogis have proven that even these things are just a story driven reaction
