Some characters with weaker cant sidestep it, so another option is to hold back to flip and use any attack that is 11 frames or faster.

Yeah, but if they guess that you're going to attempt an 11f punish, they won't charge it.

For the first time they use this setup, they usually use the fully charged one. What I do is hold back to roll and use 10 frame moves, it interrupts the second hit. I believe even power crushes work. I don't have the strongest step. Second time they use this setup, they usually use the uncharged one. So I punish after that. Usually they don't repeat it, once they know that their opponent knows the mixup. But of course this will not always be the case and will depend on the player, and sometimes you might guess wrong. I see this pattern in blue ranks though, so different behavior for different ranks.

Just mash your 10 frame, it'll beat the fully charged one which most pauls will default to. If you have a g clef you can get the whole thing off on counter hit

I honestly didn't rewatch the video until now. I posted this one on Twitter a long time ago and I'm now reuploading to KZbin. I think I just wanted to inform people of some options back then, not exactly say how you should deal with it. I'll change title for now and upate this tip in the future.

you can literally just quick rise into PC the guard break, even if he does the fully charged guard break or not you're safe because PC's are generally safe once a hit is absorbed
