I did 4 rounds offline with a pistol. And when i played my first 3 online rounds 2 PMC 1 Scav i was so bad. Both PMC rounds i got killed after 1-2min from scavs they are way harder online than offline even if you do the as online setting, first time i got shot in my head trough a fence with sight cover don't now how he could hear me i was ultra scilent, and the second round i got shot in the head after i just walked around a corner. And in the PMC round i spawned with good gear and had gear fear so i was sitting in cover for 20min while around me every thing was shoting xD

Just want to say that I absolutely adore this series. I've been playing Tarkov for about two months, getting comfortable with some things but the whole meta and strats still are very obscure to me. Your series is great for a few reasons. First of all, it shows your train of thought as you play and why you do what you do, it's been a game changer for me. Secondly, and don't take this the wrong way, your skill level is very approachable. I can watch players like Pestily or Summit1G but their accuracy and speed is not something that's within my range. You, however, play very well but I can see myself reaching a similar level with practice. It's very encouraging. Keep going.

@@ThePridesalter I disagree. I'm getting older, my reflexes are down. I've been playing games for a long, long time (including shooters of course) and I've never particularly been good at them. Karma. Im assuming you still dont know by this point. for the car jump you attempt at 7:50 you do NOT need to sprint to make that jump. you can reliably make the jump without sprinting. i used to think you needed to sprint, and could never make it. Not sprinting has allowed me to make the jump every time, i think it has to do with different jumping arc's when sprinting or not, idk. But do try it the other way, i almost garuntee it will help you make that jump

the key is to jump later than you think. I always jumped at what i thought what the corner of the trunk door, and would always miss the landing. I also thought it was more about angling and landing exactly on the corner of the portapotty. But its just as simple as jumping .25 seconds after you normally would think to jump
@aldenbayless7954
@aldenbayless7954 4 жыл бұрын
There are two different arcs. There is a whats called a "gazelle" jump which is performed when sprinting. It is a long jumping arc. while walking you do a higher jump. Well I guess according to Karmakut there is a third which is performed while strafing.
@dovaiS
@dovaiS 4 жыл бұрын
Clickity -_- Klow There isn’t a third. It just adds on to the walking jump. If you can’t make a jump forward. Simply just 180 hold s and jump. Surprisingly it works a lot lol.

It’s honestly really discouraging to see streamers with a whole video of fat loot and getting out alive and it often leaves me feeling like I can never succeed. Bought EFT because of you Karma, only a standard account. Had a really bad run since starting, its a completely different game. Even playing Squad hasn't prepared me for it. I got lucky last night on two scav runs and got some good kit from fights that I actually won at last. I read guides and watched videos before I bought the game but this series is huge. You can show players loot spawns, good builds etc etc, but actually surviving a raid is the hard thing in EFT. You talk through your thoughts and mindset for engagements and that information and how you handle situations, is more important than anything else I've looked at to try and get better. Keep it up man, your changing mine and many others games immensely. Thank you Karma!!

3 weird tips for dorms If you are pushing upstairs (or down) and are ready to peek the hallways, sprint across. 75% of the time you can bait shots and get away almost always with minor scratches or less. This way you know where the enemy is and you don't need to worry about being stealthy to find them first. This helps a ton because hallway camping is a lot easier than peeking when there is a lot of cover and hiding spots, it also means you don't have to worry as much about the other side since you won't be standing still between 2 potential enemies. The other is to leave specific doors open and the rest closed, pretty simple but I don't see many people doing it. Closing doors is better than checking a room IMO since the person inside has to make themselves obvious in order to fight. You can also set up better cover and hiding holes if someone does have the balls to push and you cant 1 tap them. Obvious ones to close are any near stairs, entrances or key loot rooms. If a key door is open people might think you are there, especially with marked, you don't want them to be more cautious. Its also nice to open doors opposite stairs that open away from your side, this way you can see if an enemy goes in but can also give you a smaller angle to be shot from, you don't want to open though if its a straight sprint across for them. Offline is great for learning how useless the ai are. Once you learn how the ai acts, you can easily start rolling them even online, meaning you only have to think about how many PMCs are still alive and potential raiders.

Hey karma, here's a tip for you. The ai2 is the fastest med to use, so when you are in combat it's the best to use, and when you are in cover you can use the ifak, car or salewa.

These videos have helped so much more than any beginner tips videos or watching streamers. i like Hearing your train of thought while you move around the map and has helped me to rethink what i do in game.

The hardest part for me in Tarkov (having bought the game just couple of days ago, your year old series helping a lot so thanks for that), is that someone shoots at me, I turn to the direction where the sound came from. I have no clue where he is, can't see anything, he keeps shooting, still can't see and I have 34" ultrawide lol. Looking at you and some other youtubers spot someones toes 200m away, inside a bush andcovered in camouflage whilst themselves running, talking and sorting the inventory at the same time.

By the way, ND means Negligent Discharge for those who haven't heard the term before. Often due to an accidental mouse press from a keyboard, or a lack of trigger finger control at the range.
