Because it drastically decreases her damage Genius wand,divine glaive, blood wings, and holy crystal are all required for joy which leaves 1 more slot Typically concentrated energy or winter truncheon But if you replace it with ice queen wand her overall damage decreases as it doesn’t have much magic power and typically the enemy will die before the slow can actually be useful Also joy has insane mobility
