Once you worked for 3LPA people will typecast you. First they say initially you should focus on learning then they will typecast you based on salary not on knowledge. So its better to focus on money knowledge will come eventually. Waiting for 6-9 month is ok if you are preparing to get good salary. Working for low salary in metro city comes at great health and time cost you will not able to save both.

Wanna know some more truth from experienced developer 3lpa never do layoffs or PIP it give you time to grow professionally and personally, it helps you do your college to corporate transition it helps you understand the dynamics of the job and the industry more important it helps you create the boundary for your work life balance. In my company they hired 7 people from iit kgp 3 of them are already fired on PIP or probation. Once you learn how to be sincere in your work either in 1 week or 1 month or a year you can leave your 3 lpa job but until then my friend you are on a hanging rope. Those who give you money demands work ethics and sincerity they are not obliged by your personal problems.

Real thing there was a time of employees when there were good packages now situation is that companies are hiring freshers for 15,000 p.m. or 10,000 p.m. with good skills. It is not a good time for tech.

I don't agree. TCS is a tech support company, they shouldn't hire Engineers tbh. Most work is support and testing where there is 0 learning. And even if you show this experience to other companies and try to fake it, the interviewers are smart , they will catch you that you only did testing so after 1-2 years when you try to switch no company will hire you. The growth is extremely slow. Better do some courses on Data Science/Machine learning and do some internships and then try switch. Or else just go for Govt. Jobs instead of wasting your valuable years in some BPOs

@@Amvflix7 Vit Vellore Civil Engineering. Don't join TCS. FIrst they will put you on bench then they will start firing. No growth. I was put into tech support. Then they removed me due to billability and put me on the bench then fired me. My life is screwed. Better try GATE Exam or Government jobs. There is no other option.

Bakwaas 🤮 package . With 3 years experience I got 6 LPA in a Non-Tech profile (E-commerce) starting with 1.8 LPA salary. Actually I did graduation in IT but got a job as a Linux Admin with rotational shift for which I wasn’t interested as I was actually looking for PL/SQL Database Developer Profile. So I totally left technical field & entered into E-commerce Non-Tech field.
