Been watching quite a few of your vids recently and you've made me realise a lot of things that I forgot about, or made me remember what actually mattered most for me to become a better person. And it's millions of people you've been doing this for! Hoping that one day my channel can grow to have such an impact!

So 4 months ago I had this really toxic friend and we ran a business together. (He was a terrible business partner.) and often times he would bully and be racist to me and my friend (his name is Srish) and he started dating this girl and was often very rude to this girl and he would ignore her. He eventually broke up with her and once that happened He started to become very mean and aggressive especially whenever we would be running our business. And honestly I used a lot of copes like “oh he’s just going through something” or “maybe he’s just joking around” but it was quite the opposite he was very insecure and he put his insecurities on me and Srish. So I confronted him and he completely denied it. No apology whatsoever. And now I cut him off and took the business and I ran it better than ever. Thanks Hamza.

Man, I remember having a friend group back in school when I was younger where two of the guys would just constantly shit on the rest of the guys a lot of the time, including myself. I always thought it was just a joke and whatnot, but man looking back it was such a weird and bad dynamic. From calling friends stupid to being outright racist in a "joking" manner, but getting offended if you ever joked about them. You can tell if someone's toxic just by whether or not you can say with or without 100% certainty that they talk shit behind your back.

I have been in high school (UK) for 2 years and a bit now, so I'm in year 9 and I regret how I acted in the past which has given me the bad reputation I have now and I have a more respected friend who is badly affecting my life. He's slightly on self improvement but he doesn't respect me. I either move to another school to restart; become more popular and respected or slightly improve my reputation in school, deal with the 2 and a bit years left and improve my life after school.

i'm glad I found this video. I used to have a toxic best friend from around 2020 till 2022. I cut him off before I even found Hamza's channel and before I even went to the gym or did self improvement. I took the courage and he was literally the type of "friend" Hamza described. I go to the same class with him, same year but I set strong boundries and we only talk in school till school ends. (this is my last year of middle school aka 9th grade where I live)

omg Hamza, I went through something very similar last year too. I was dating a girl and I brought her into my friend circle and she just wrecked my life. She was emotionally abusive, throwing tantrums and lashing out and berating me every single day while we were dating. She even threatened to beat me once. And then weird stuff started going on between her and someone that was supposed to be one of my best friends. She started going behind my back spreading rumors and lies about me with his help, and eventually she ripped apart the entire community I built around her. It turned out she was very manipulative and had no moral qualms against lying to get her way. I lost most of the people I thought were my friends, I lost all of my readers (I was writing novels at the time) and my mental health went to trash for a while. I only found out she was doing it thanks to the one true friend that told her to go f**k herself and showed me the shit she was DMing around about me. It turns out all of my male friends stabbed me in the back because they just wanted to get in her pants, and she was trying to get with one of the "friends" I was closest with herself. In the end, I even had to leave my job because I worked with her and she was doing the same evil crap at work too. I'm so sorry you went through anything like that, and its hugely inspirational that you're willing to talk about it. This and so many other things. You're truly a man's man without glossing over your humanity. I also have to say, you hit the nail on the head in regards to hating their guts. This needs to be said, to hell with everyone that disagrees; the naysayers have likely never been through it themselves. Another point that bears mentioning is, if these people were toxic and manipulative, hating them eliminates the sentiments of "Oh, maybe fate will bring us back together one day and it'll work out this time" or "Oh, well if I had done this thing differently or been better in this way", no. To hell with them. They're in the past and they don't deserve any positive sentiment after what they did. I honestly hope they all destroy each other like they did me. If they ever see you again, let them see how much better you are without them. Let them see how successful you are without them, how much you treasure the true friends that stuck by your side and helped your through that quagmire the assholes dropped you into. You're awesome and its their loss, not yours. Thank you for everything you do Hamza. You've inspired me so much. I literally watch your videos during my daily workouts now. Keep kicking ass, man!

It seems like a smart move, but only getting in your anger is not gonna work because you are not going to the core of the pain. Also, becoming lean does not make you a better person. If done from this intent it only compensates for the inadeqauty one feels inside.

I do not know why this feels so fucking relatable, back almost a year ago, like around late june, one of my old friends, me and two girls formed a "friend group" or something like that in order to "get closer to each other". While my friend had a crush on one of the girls, i didnt really care but he became overtime more and more toxic towards me because she didn't really care for him and kind of had some attraction towards me, I understand his feeling but I literally didn't give a shit about her and got more and more burned out the more time I spend around them, and until december 2022, I finally took the decision to completely ghost this "friend group" and my life have been going uphill ever since, I doubt that they miss me since when I left this group no one talked to me or asked about me ever since, but realising where I am now, stronger and more motivated, and where I could have been, still burning out and getting more and more depressed, I literally felt much better

I have this one friend who I've been friends with for about 5 years almost and me and him have never had an argument we're never silent whenever we call each other, we have almost the same interests and no matter what we do we're always supportive, we both watch your channel and we've grown and changed drastically within the last year or few months, some of my other friends shame me for changing myself like my physique, or they think having abs and a decent chest is cringe, but I cant seem to actually cut them off for some reason it feels wrong to just unadd them because I've been dealing with them for a long period of time but this video has really opened my eyes for the better.

7:35 In my situation I've always had a group of friends, not like one guy I know, we were like a tribe, a weak tribe, the Jeffery tribe. And before this video, because we were a very close group of friends, I had to do something. So I started my self-improvement alone. I didn't party with them, play video games, etc. And after a year I became filthy rich, got my first girlfriend and my grades in school improved. And then one of my friends came up to me and said, "Bro, I want to like you." We started going to the gym together, and after he put on some muscle, we encouraged other guys to join us. And after they were all in the gym, I told them how to improve and that it's not all about looks if you want girls. And now almost every day we sit in school and talk about your new videos like "damn, this guy speaks fax" lol Thanks, Hamza! Keep inspiring people.

Thank you Hamza, for being selfless and sharing your story about controlled aggression, you may think that it will take a hit on people's perspective of you, but no, quite the opposite, I respect you even more, I used to think that being angry was wrong, it is the outlet that should be considered, not the emotion. When you asked us if our friend was more of an Adonis or a Jeffrey, I was contemplating, I didn't know if my friend was either because he is trying to improve, I'm happy for him, but he's such an ass, he doesn't give back, he's an ungrateful piece of shit bro, he knew about my situation, why I'm in a bad mood, worst part is he knew, now I tried to understand his situation because he did admit to knowing and he was afraid to confront me because of it was partly his fault, congratulations, atleast he's self aware and he doesn't want to do that in the future again, but fuck him bro, no matter what happened to this guy, I was there to help him, I was there to comfort him, I was there to bring him up when others pulled him down, I did everything so that him and his crush could be together, he stopped because he realized it's not going anywhere, but he immediately fell for the woman I like, that's some pussy shit, he can't even confront me about it, he doesn't even have the balls to admit it to me, I'm gonna take their souls, imma head out and star running, FUCK. THIS. GUY.
