Two things: 1. Using Elementium plating at low hp works for baiting, but using it expecting to survive diving enemies doesn't work that well, because your main survival comes from your armour plates, meaning that shield just gets shredded. 2. Use Onslaught to get around the map, it's slightly faster than walking. Time it to dodge abilities while escaping. Use it on some corners, it can (glitch(?) and) get you more distance. (similar to how tracer use to blink on corners)
