Apex Replay Debugger is the extension.

Goto : In VSCode, File-->Preferences-->Settings. Then search for the salesforce apex config option, and set the java:Home to C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_201 (as per your jdk location), then restart the vscode. Hope this helps.
