So is it more so based off of age? My doe is 2 years old this month, but she is tiny! She’s a full Nigerian dwarf. I expected her to be bigger. So I’m worried about kidding. The buck I want to breed her with is smaller than her, so surely we shouldn’t expect big kids right?

No age is the last thing I use to decide to breed. Size and and width thurl to thurl are the primary deciders but I won't breed anyone prior to 7 months of age. Size of kids is dependent on genetics so there's a chance they'll be small but there's also a chance they could be larger. If she's wide enough in the hips to pass kids she's good to go

Do you happen to know what the size recommended for pygmy Nigerian dwarf crosses and or purebred pygmy?

Pygmy would be very comparable to what we go by for Nigerians and they tend to be wider to begin with. You'd be safe using these measurements.
