Thanks for your comment. We do require proof of address dated within 3 months, showing your full name and exact address. This should be a real bank statement or utility bill that is verified. Once we have this your case will pass. However, it the "ID docs" must be valid and show the exact details as specified, otherwise it will be referred or further evidence requested. In most cases, clients are passed first time.
