How to Decide the Strength of CO-PO/PSO Mapping

for NBA accreditation CO-PO mapping and its justification is imperative. In this video, how strength (1 to 3) can be decided for CO-PO mapping is explained.

Sir this is really reliable method for deciding the strength. If all CO's are mapped with all POs then how to decide. All the values will not be 3.

Practically it's not possible to map all COs with all POs... For sake of arguments let's assume such case, then all POs are contributing to all COs (entire syllabus is contributing to all POs)... Then according to one theory (explained in the video) level of CO PO mapping is 3.
