... I am the " tray girl", lol. I have a large wire ( more like a wrought iron)tray on my coffee table, in the tray are some tall crystal candlesticks w/ candles, a stack of antique books, with a white ironstone french pitcher with white roses. I also change out for the seasons, the white roses ,and add seasonal figurines,such as the birds you used ,or ceramic bunnies, these things are in small scale. Loved these ideas you shared.

Nice video Jennifer. I have a square Ethan Allen glass top coffee table. Below the glass top is a drawer that I display photographs, which can be viewed through the glass. Can you suggest a display, besides something smack dab in the center? I guess my main concern is how do you decorate a square coffee table utilizing different corners of the piece. Great question Donna. I'm sure it's tricky to avoid using all the corners and it causing a cluttered look. I recommend placing a photograph or two in one corner, and then in the diagonal corner place a coffee table book or two. Hope this helps!

Hey there Debbie! I suggest placing a coffee table book (or two) underneath. If you watch my "Model Home" video you will see we had a very similar coffee table- glass top with a shelf underneath. We used an open book with spectacles on top. Hope that helps!

I built it alone and it took me about an hour. The color is great and for the price the lift part works well. As others have mentioned, it’s not the smoothest opening/closing, but it works. The screws do show, but I plan to order white sticker covers if that bothers us too much. Really happy with this table! UPDATE: it’s been over a year since we got this coffee table and we still love it! It gets HEAVY use as our dining table, foot rest, and school desk. Over time, the opening and closing mechanism has gotten smoother. I added a new photo with the white screw cover stickers. They blend in perfectly and make it look a little cleaner. 100% recommend!!!
