Tamara Tmen Рука должна лежать на столе, если висит в воздухе из-за кондитерского мешка, её надо обязательно поддерживать, иначе работать долго рука не сможет. Аналогия с тем, как мы пишем,.. попробуйте писать, держа кисть в воздухе, на долго вас не хватит и качество почерка у вас будет хуже.

U do good icing work so why use all the fondant. Nobody wants a big chunk of it on a cookie.
