I’m not a baker at all but I was wondering, does the dehydrator dry out the cookie at all when you use it for decorating?

Do you use the dehydrator with every section your pipe ,like you pipe the the beard put it in the dehydrator for 15 mins then remove the pipe the face .

Cellophane doesn’t cause craters because there is no cookie or base flood below it to draw the moisture down! 👌
