One thing I noticed: If you use second man press sometimes the AI will pull defender from the backline. That is fine but I find it useful in this case to replace the defender by moving oje of my midfielders to his place

My defending is pretty bad, but what works for me is I use my CDM & CMs to press while my defenders hold shape making hard to get into the box. I think my of my defenders as the safety net while my midfielders do most of the work tbh
