I dont understand what u mean, am i born for badminton bc i just recently have got back to badminton and my dads smashes are really powerful but i can detect them still and pass back, but of course hes not as good as these players😂

You need to train your body more and not let your mind interfere when playing the game. Then your body will be able to do that
