Thanks for information. But actually for me fluency depends on to usage of the language. English is my second language and mostly I use it only in the course or in the university. What do you suggest for learners as me?

Can please explain more about encoding, Organisation, Activation ..etc maybe share an article from Elsevier .. looks like the road to fluency gonna take some time :D
