Dehydrated fruits are amazing for all sorts of things, especially desserts and cocktails. They can also be ground down and used to garnish certain dishes. This is a foolproof method that works every single time, whether you have a dehydrator or not.

Recipe -
Fruit of Choice, Washed (I Used Lemons)
Dehydrator or Oven
Method -
1. Set the dehydrator or oven to 50.c - 122.f.
2. Lay the thinly sliced fruit onto the racks or cooling racks if you're using an oven and leave for 16-18 hours or until crispy and chewy.
3. Store in airtight containers and can be kept for up to 1 year.
