My current favourite is pears . So delicious. I made some fruit leather recently that was a huge hit with one of my boys especially. I've just done pumpkin for the first time and I'm intending to make flour to rehydrate into mash or for baking etc. Pineapple sounds delicious. I use the peels and core for cordial on my bartering shelf , it's a favourite for everyone. Your preserving shelves are looking fantastic 🎉Thank you for sharing lovely ❤
