NOTE: It is currently no longer possible to go to iOS 16.5 via this DelayOTA method.

can i update my ios 15.5 to 16.5? i did not update it because of jailbreak, now i see dopamine supported to ios 16 but my ios version is 15.5 i can't download ios 16 apps so i need to update to ios 16 and jailbreak it again then download the ios app i need.

Should I stay on 15.1 or jump the train to 16.5 and wait for new jailbreak? The random resprings I’m getting with Xina (sudo version) makes me dislike this specific jailbreak sometimes

That's your issue, you gotta jump to dopamine that's an unofficial version of that jailbreak you're using

@@AppleAttack Only downside with Dopamine is that alot of tweaks that I’m using are just not available on that jailbreak. Not sure why, but that’s why I’m on Xina atm..

@@SandroM_ I gotcha, it's really up to you in terms of what you do, If you want a chance at having a future jailbreak at any point in the next year getting to 16.5 is obviously better than 16.6 or later because of kfd but, staying on 15.1 also makes sense too since you already have a jailbreak. Really just depends on if you wanna be on 16 for the new features and stuff too, or if you're good to stay on 15.1. If you decide to update after the 19th though you'll have to go to 16.6 or later

@@AppleAttack Hmm, well I'm thinking of maybe getting a new iPhone soon, hopefully it will be on iOS 15.1 or iOS 16.5 or something for a jailbreak. But otherwise I'll just sideload some apps trough trollstore since the most is possible with that besides tweaks. I'll think about it bro, maybe I'll keep my SE 2020 jailbroken on 15.1 b3 and sell it in future or something. Thanks for the in-depth explanation bro

For what I do it had to be done sadly but I'm loving iOS 16 so far, so many random quality of life updates

Nah rather just stay with iOS 15 until apps stop supporting or time to upgrade device. Maybe up date to iOS 17 not worth losing jailbreak as of 2023 2024
