The most common definition of Delegation is where a manager or a team leader delegates or distributes tasks or work to the team members or employees.

Hi Rajiv, great content.. Apart from the 4 broad steps you mentioned, I think one needs to monitor and supervise at suitable intervals as to whether the delegation is operating effectively or not.. Somewhere between Step 3 & 4.... Appreciate the clarity with which you come across and break down various concepts.. Best wishes.

Hello sir. My uncle is in debt . He is very depressed now and having so much of suicidal thoughts ... we are doing whatever we can for him but watching him in this pain is heart wrenching.. we have never seen him like this .. he is wonderful charming person. I request you to please talk to him and guide him because we as family give emotional but you have the power to guide him how to sail through this . Please
