How To Delete Apps on Hisense VIDAA Smart TV! [Uninstall Completely]

Long press of OK doesnt give me the option to delete, and only to sort the App. Product: Hisense 50E77KQ, with latest Firmware Update. Edit: Any idea why i dont have the remove option? I want to uninstall Prime Video, which was preinstalled by default. I have Audio issues only with that App and wanted to test if installing it again would fix this.

I've got the same problem with KZbin. Haven't found or heard a solution yet 😕

Ended up here for the exact same issue. The audio is stuttering like crazy despite my very fast internet connection and the fact I’m Lan and not using wireless. I can’t uninstall to reinstall because the option isn’t there. Very frustrating.

This video was just 3 months ago, and it's already redundant as the latest update no longer has the 'More Apps' option (atleast on the 55U7 model), So I'm stuck with the 50+ apps Hisense has forced on me, and can't hide them, even the ones that are not even in English. I'll just stick to my FireTV, even if I wanted to use the SmartTV functions the amount of bloat and terrible UI makes it a no go for me.

PEOPLE liste! YOU CAN NOT uninstall preinstalled Apps on the newer/latest models. PS: Which sucks, i am trying to return mine which i bought 4 Months ago, because Prime Video has Audio-Issues. I wanted to uninstall and reinstall it, but its simply impossible...

I have a model - HISENSE 65U8KQ in which I do not have this option - more app. Do you know how to uninstall apps we don't want?

I also did not get the uninstall option. Go to settings > system > app settings. Then hopefully you can find your app there

Hi, problem with daughter. If I move the KZbin so it can't be seen, will the button on the remote still start KZbin. I'm not with her and the darn tv. Many thanks.

chuckmaddison2924 Bro, Moving the KZbin icon on the Hisense VIDAA TV menu likely won't affect the button functionality. So it would be accessible with the Remote Button. ☺️

@Fix.369 Many thanks . Was my stuff up when kid comes to my house I let him watch KZbin trains on my TV. Daughter told him can't get YT on her TV. So what did I do last week I picked him up, took him home and put KZbin with Thomas Tank on. Now he does all by himself, Daughter not happy with me.

2005jungsuman Bro, Unfortunately, not all apps can be completely uninstalled on Hisense VIDAA Smart TVs, especially pre-installed ones. You're correct that in many cases, you can only move them around.☺️

I need to delete and reinstall KZbin. On my Hisense TV it is completely stuck on the same video. The same youtube account works fine on all other devices. If I can’t remove or uninstall KZbin what are my options to fix this issue (other than getting a refund on this piece of shit television)?

I came here for the exact same reason. KZbin is just completely frozen and can’t doing anything about, i even tried connecting my phone youtube to the tv but of course that doesn’t work either. Did you find a solution to this problem?
