Yes you can. It only deletes your Clash of Clans account not your Supercell ID.

Yes, you can do that. Just tell Supercell support that you only want to delete your current account, not your supercell ID.

It will only delete your Clash of Clans account. Supercell ID is not included. You can also include your Supercell ID to be deleted if you tell them to.
