How to setup A5 in tray 2( Print out page size is A4 ) normaly we can't setup but in This printer showing error

I understand that you want to shrink A4 to A5 (your file is A4 you want to print A5) 1. You place A5 paper in tray 2 (note that it is left across the tray - the shortest length of paper out of the machine) and set in the A5 printer for tray 2 2. You do not specify what program to use. I instructed to print on Word 2010: File => Print => Printer Properties => select "Effects" tab => select "Print document on: A5", select "Scale to fit "=> Ok 3. Print Good luck

PhatTrienAnhViet That has nothing to do with it, either. Thankfully IT was able to help: You have to set the Paper Size and Paper Type to “Any Size” and “Any Type” in both Tray 1 and Tray 2.
