In security groups can we select https why http? Can you explain me sir? Will https comes under free tier

If you have a valid ssl certificate you can use the https option, I do not so I use normal http. You can also use AWS Cloud Front service to redirect your http traffic to https if you need http.

It does come under free tier, but I would keep an eye on your billing dashboard. I always make sure my EC2 instances are shut down when I don't use them, because free tier does not mean always free, you only get a certain amount of hours free.

You should be able to access it on any device. It sounds like the issue might be related to the security settings of your Elastic Beanstalk environment. Also, double-check your network configuration, DNS settings, and the health of your application to make sure everything is set up correctly.
