When I hit "Publish" it only shows me Ethereum and Arbitrum options, even though the subgraph's indexed network is Polygon Mainnet. Is there something to do with it?

When you publish a subgraph, you are choosing to publish to Indexers that are incentivized by the GRT utility token that exists on Ethereum or Arbitrum. As The Graph is currently moving from Ethereum to Arbitrum, it would make sense to publish to Arbitrum as Indexers are transferring their operations from Ethereum to Arbitrum as well. Thanks, makes total sense. It's just a bit confusing for someone who hasn't read the docs thoroughly. The first impression is - that the list contains indexed chains allowed to be published, and that, say, Polygon can be indexed only in some kind of development mode.
