Yes you can . But you can face some minor lags , but if you have installed ssd , then it will run . Not smoothly

Still deployment of python web app in local web server is difficult when compared to Java or php. What happens when we have to deploy multiple apps on port no 80 based on URL? I think it is done through url rewriting. Very complex stuff
