So do we have to type gpupdate /force on the client pcs separately?

By default it takes 90 minutes to update the group policy, to implement policy immediately we run gpupdate /force If we don't run this command then policy will be applied either after about 90 minutes or in next reboot.

Please convert exe to msi since it requires setup in msi format. There are many tools available to convert exe to msi
