We're residing in a property from last 13years,but no agreement was done by the owner only one time they made a 11months agreement.But suddenly they send us a eviction letter prior to that they told us to vacate the house 2/3 times with threatening by his family members.But as we are not in proper condition to vacate his property,we filed a injunction and after that he filed a case against us for eviction.But still we were paying house rent via his bank account,but from few months he is refusing the rent. So,we started paying the rent through my hired lawyer,he filled a challan through court and thereby I paid him the amount and he give me a deposit slip. Can you tell me is this a right process or some how I've been misguided by the law person?

We have a rented commercial space in kolkata and uts rent bill is on my fathers name and he oassed away in 2016 and landlord not taking rent what to do now

Amader bill, Agreement paper kichui nei...maa 50yrs.chilo, akhon to uni mara gachen, ami meye achi...amar biye hoyegache... Rent control a taka joma dite gachi kintu bollo hobe na..married hobar por r thaka jaai na bhara barite.... J Logic dekhachhe mone hoyna erokom rule ache bole jaihok, apni aktu janaben pls.

Very nice video. My problem is-- I am tenant. I get to know my landlord is scammer and eat my security deposit He already breach his oral commitment for keeping households He is discrminating between tenants He has not told me notice period and maintain sweet relation before agreement signed and new tenant arrival. He made agreement after 4 month I by mistake sign it without reading on good faith. But later his behaviour change. He had never provided rent receipt. And watching sweet behaviour I too forgot. And also never show electric bill and take cash for same. Paid rent too in cash. But this time by trick I told him that we had electric bill up-to-date and only June month rent due. Her husband look after everything and said ok on whatsapp. But lady has blue tick but wont given me reply. Only 3 month left in 11 month agreement. He put a notice period of 3 months. All of sudden I get true financial hardship. And he had security deposit equivaltent to remaing period left. He has given untidy flat but we don't choice to leave that time as big shiftinng cost involved. I want to vacate his property by 2 month earlier of 11 months and dont want to him rent as he will eat my security deposit. I don't mind he eat now all security money if I don't pay him rent. Otherwise he deduct heavy amount of his untidy flat. Color is maintained but some defect shown him earlier. And few wall fix with his oral permission. But now he refusing from his some commitments orally. I don't mind case on me but I am not ready to pay him free extra money above my security deposit. So how to deal. Can you guide a bit. 😊🙏 I have video recordings of flat which clearly show an untidy floor.

all will depends on agreement paper . I don't know about oral commitments but written documents will always be valid. but don't worry, your decision is little bit right. for more help take channel membership
