I’m eager to see the final result. What tool do you use to write the formulas? I have always wanted to take my notes that way.

Coming in less than a month! I just use Microsoft One Note but there are others.

No, I never want to spend time watching someone write out equations and text. I want to see an equation in full and listen to the instructor explain it. That spends my time in a more valuable way. And, scrolling away from an equation being discussed is a way to torture me.

Different strokes for different folks. I find your method suboptimal, because it's easy to forget and doesn't make you think. It disregards the mind itself as a "next token prediction" system (like today's LLMs). Today's students in my opinion are "lazier" than students in the past, who want everything presented in nice slides or animations, but won't actually pick up a pen and write anything down themselves.

@geodancer7281 I agree with you I don't see the point to start with equations, we start with ideas and then we come up along the way with equations. The models or equations are the final steps

@@shark-p4o That's exactly what we did in this video. Often, I find, people get so scared by equations, their mind just dissociates and they don't even notice what's happening around them anymore. Watch the video again and you'll see what you missed. ;) By the way, probability is a math course. So if you signed up for a math course expecting no math, you're in for a surprise. 😂
