Good points shared above 👍 I would add the following on that list : • Uncertainity - employer’s uncertainties become part of the contractor’s problem. •Sick leave •Insurance •Transferrable skills that one brings to the table •Propensity to learn new skills whist on the tasks . • The proactive mindset that the contractor comes with eg risk management/ abatement mindset, etc etc
