Great video! You mentioned that sometimes it can be hard to remove the tray, I make mine easier to remove by inflating the black triangle areas as well as the undercut areas.

I understand you've done this just to show it's possible, but by the time you get your model scanned and designed I'll have it finished the conventional way. 3D printing isn't the answer to everything we do.
