The bathroom sink n top cabinet can be inside the bathroom. Since u protrude space. From the kitchen perspective u can flush a cabinet look alike to create work alike along the washer n the tall cabinet

It is a wonderful design. I just got a unit similar ti this model, but is aside main door entering. Is there any idea or suggestions for this entering?

Hi Rae, like the simple yet practical design of this 3R hdb. You picked cement finish for the LR. Did you overlay it or hacking was done then do the cement finish? Also, will the cement crack in the long run?

Hi. Yes it’s cement floor at living. Whole floor was hacked. Cement will tend to crack due to our weather.

I am curious about the merging of bathroom and toilet. What if the bathroom has all the big pipes running between those walls. Can you hack them?

Thanks for watching my videos. When there’s tall piping from floor to ceiling, definitely you CANNOT hack them.

Hi Music. It's a hazard only if it's blocking the way, else it's one of the location suitable for a vintage 3rm HDB flat's layout.

Would you consider placing another door between the toilet and the bath, so that one person can use the toilet while another take a shower?

Hi Daniel, no you cannot based on HDB regulations. But nothing is impossible if you ask me.
