Good to see how others do it, I'm the same way , I'll pull in from the walls much less than the spacing between the lights. I can't stand lights looking like they are crowded, I usually have a pretty good vision on the finish product when roughing in. 75% of the time it's me doing the layout. Most customers trust me since I do it every day.
