On the Fresno State design, there is some white on the rip to show more of a rip. How would you add that on your design?

Great catch! I actually completely forgot to cover that part in the tutorial. I would create a new paper tear layer using the same method, but using a different tear brush from the pack. Then offset it from the original tear just a bit so that you can see it behind the other layer. From there just add your image to the top paper tear layer. Let me know if that makes sense!
