I personally would LOVE an explanation of the derivations in video form. Stuff like this is frustratingly difficult to find so I really appreciate your effort and contributions to the audio community. A big problem newbies like myself have is being forced to just use a formula presented to us. It's great because it works, but it affects your confidence when you know something you've made is only working because you blindly used something you found online, with no foundational understanding of where it came from or why it works in the first place. Thanks a lot Amber for your feedback: what you described is exactly the goal of WolfSound, making audio algorithms as easily understandable as possible. Thanks to your feedback, the next video will include a complete derivation of the bilinear transform formula, something that is also often used out-of-the-box. I will try to provide the derivation of the Butterworth lowpass as you asked :)

I would love to see the math derivations explained. I work in software for a living and want to build DSP guitar pedals, but learning how to convert all the math and theory into working code is the hardest part of the process. Even PCB design and MCU / DAC / ADC hardware is easier to find information on. Your videos are very helpful.
