@@GarryTan Can you make a series on how startups even start building, like logistically? And what is the language used by investors like acquisitions, MMR, ARR, etc I don’t think a lot of people know any of that stuff. Also how to get funding and the risks behind every decision making door along the way Basically I would be asking steps to even build a small business and operate one right? Or is that different from a startup cuz both need operations, legal team, marketing, accounting, finance department, executive board, then production team...etc. Idk, if you could make a series or someone’s Channel that goes over this or a website that has ALL this info with the current TYPES of companies as well as upcoming ones in real time that’s well organized?

Adding on to this, I’ve had the privilege of working with an elderly professor on a lot of projects. Here are two key lessons that he’s taught me. 1. “Assume that I don’t know how to turn on my computer” - the Professor While this is obviously not the case, it’s extremely important in removing complexity from your design. If you can put your knowledge and expertise aside for a second and emulate with a totally ”fresh” user, things that are unnecessary and complex almost immediately jump out at you. When you’re designing, cater to the base, unfamiliar and uninitiated user, and it ends up saving you time and effort down the line. 2. Respect the time and energy of your users Your users are busy people with limited time and energy on their hands. Your product/service is bidding for that time and energy. Hence, don’t assume that they will understand once they “think about it”, nobody wants to do that 😅. As much as possible, make things clear, actionable and literal at a glance, like the squint test. Assume that they will spend 5 seconds glancing through your page to determine if your product is even worth their time, and this should follow throughout your designs. I’m still developing these concepts, but yeah ...hopefully they make sense
