How to Design PILE CAP in SAFE: Part 1- Importing of Loads from ETABS

hello i wanna ask about restraint, i restraint UX UY UZ in my model, but when i export it to safe... its showin that i got some moments in my restraint... do u know about it?

If you restraint the model in ETABS in Ux Uy and Uz that means it's "fixed support" that is why you are getting moments when exporting to SAFE. Try to assign it as "pinned support", if you don't want to get any moment.

@@TheStructuralWorld hmm, actually i just only restraint the displacement.. if we want the restraint to be fixed... isnt it that we must restraint all DOF (translation and rotational)? *correct me if i m wrong, or maybe there is somekind of fault in my side when i am exportin the file maybe

@@chrisjeff2861 Do you have any lateral loads in assign the model? If so, maybe that's the reason.
