How would one go about converting these into an actual 3d Model in blender and making a tech pack ? Thank you

you can use the 'Generate 3D' tool in Vizcom to turn it into a 3D model, drop it in a 3D modelling software (like Blender) and build the Tech Pack by drawing linearts in Illustrator/Figma from the Side, Top and Bottom Profile views
