Yup! Every time non-believers raise the Slavery issue in the bible, I call them PRESENTISM, meaning judging everyone in the past by the standards of the present. So it is like asking the 1st C ppl, how dare they not drive electric cars. Actually, in the NT, the Bible teaches us to be kind to slaves Eph 6:9: "And masters and treat our slaves in the same way. Do not threaten them since you know that he who is both their Master and yours is in heaven, and there is no favoritism with him."

Amen....there is a reason why the bible doesn't speak to the prideful and arrogant individual. Their heart will not accept truth regardless if the truth is right in front of them. Many Athesit and Muslim will always make excuses because they love their sin more than seeking the truth. Godly knowledge is hidden to those who refuse to come of their sin. Once you accept Jesus Christ and walk in his way, this is where wisdom starts to come in and the secret in the bible reveals to you.
