i really do appreciate you going down to midladder to show people how to counter all the mk decks people run there, but i gotta say that level 14 is wayyy higher than what i had in that arena and makes a huge difference. at 1:20 if you had a lower tower level (12, maybe even 13) that push would've taken your tower, when your towers killed that mk instead my jaw kinda dropped lol.

Yea facing a 2 or 3 lvl higher tower opponent is the worst part, cause with some cards even though it's underleveled it can still serve as perfect counters ( valk lvl 11 > lvl 14 witch for example ), but when his towers are overleveled they have more health and kill your pushes very easily while your towers struggle against a goblin and takes 1000 shots to kill a overleveled megaknight that have more health than both of your princess tower reunited😵

Here's the order I picked for upgrading: 1) upgrade log so it can kill swarm like gob barrel, skarmy 2)Plug in valk for knight if you can because it's better if it's not evo and upgrade to the point it can withstand big cards like mk (say lvl 12 atleast) 3) upgrade inferno because you need it's better hp to withstand the higher lvl win con like egiant and hog lvl 14 4) upgrade one offensive card either princess or barrel ( i recom princess since there's outplay potential), also rely more on good defense and spell cycle 5) upgrade goblin gang to increase dps 6) upgrade remain

It would be really helpful for me and many other players as well because it's one of the most important things to learn in CR. I saw some other Elixir Counting videos on YT, but still didn't exactly understand how to actually count elixir, but I think you and Ian would explain it really well. Here's how to count elixir: You and your opponent will always gain the same amount of elixir per second, this is the basis of elixir counting. One of Ryley's tips IIRC was to go into games, not necessarily trying to win, but just count their elixir and when the game ends watch the replay and see how you did. For example, Logbait against Pekka Bridge spam. Skeletons to defend (10-1=9) >Barrel on his tower (9-3=6) Princess at the Bridge (6-3=3)

Man I feel ur frustration so much bcoz that is exactly what happens to me I have a megaknight e barb witch deck with 2 lvl 15 cards and min level is lvl 13 But I realised that it will not work and cycle is always better so I started playing hog 2.6 but then ice golem was too weak of a tank like one lvl 14 mk jump and gone So I play 2.8 hog cycle with evo knight instead of ice golem but all my cards are level 12

I was max lvl (14) before the update and played at around 8500 trophies. Now w 2 evos and lvl 15 I literally can't compete without spending money. I hardly play anymore because there's no point. At least it was possible to get to max by grinding before. Now it's pretty much impossible. Played consistently, still only have 3 level 15 cards, and tower is still level 14
