I was bullied in school. Beat up terribly. But now I understand so much more in life, I strongly feel, because of it. I feel the pain of others, I recognize patterns, understand social behavior, etc. I even feel the abuser's pain. But remember, nobody is a friend, nobody is an enemy. They're all your teachers.

I taught my daughter, when she was going through this some years ago, that bullies don't bully people because of how they feel about people, but as a reflection of their own situations. Either because they hate themselves or those who are abusing them too. I know how hard it can be to approach an antagonistic person from a place of peace and understanding, but it changes lives.

I had employers I did this with. I started to feel empathy for their attempts to belittle and control me, saying to myself "oh poor dears feel no personal power so they have to exert it to prove it". I looked at them like a housecat trying to be a lion. It became a game and I was able to feel happy at work despite the bullying and soon after was able to become self employed as I dreamed to be.

I love this story! I know this works :0) As a manager , I took over a new group of employees. Most of these employees had been assigned to this new group had been re-assigned due to a department closure. They were very hostile towards management and no matter the positive practices I put in place to meet their complaints, their attitudes were still negative and the performance of the team was poor. I could feel the hostility as I sat at my desk and it got to the point that I did not want to leave my office and be among them, their performance and attitude continued to decline. One day my intuition told me “fake it till you make it” and I decided to pretend like they wee my “best friends” . Everything and I mean everything changed. It was the best group I ever managed in my entire 25 yrs with the company. Many times after I left this team, members came to me and asked me when I would manage again because they wanted to work with me. I intend to remember this more often and use it even when my issues are not as daunting to help prevent the bad energy from developing in the first place. Thank you so much for reminding me of this by sharing your story :0)

It's all connected, I follow law of assumption/neville goddard and this is very similar to what he teaches! If you argue with someone in your head all day long, of course they're going to be your enemy. This is a great technique thanks a lot for sharing! Edit: that makes me wonder if this could be used for inanimate objects/skills as well, like you're bad at math, maybe you could refer to it as "your favorite subject, the easiest subject" etc. I'm gonna try!

Dhieyo, I'm so thankful for your channel. My mother recently passed away and my sister kept mom from us(me & my children) and Mom's friends for about 2yrs before her death. Reason being, my sister forced mother to change her will and insurance policies so that she gets everything. She wouldn't even give us pictures of mom 🥺, so many emotions swirling in my head and heart. Sister caused so much hurt to many ppl. Being alienated from my mother and losing a large inheritance not only for myself but also my children. My sister has donr so many evil and hurtful things throughout her life to everyone she has contact with even her own children 😭. I'm having difficulty accepting this and letting it go.
