Build before dropping, it might have errors or wrong joins. Also, check references to the packages are there for the tables that are being used as query data sources.

Check the models in which the objects are located, I think it is different that's why this issue might be arising.

@@saddamalsoofi7957 if you are objects are in a project, then right click the project node and check in properties in solution explorer. Otherwise, in Application Explorer, there are two views available for AOT, one is model view and the other one element type view.
