OBD-II Code P000D is defined as a 'B' Camshaft Position Slow Response. The Camshaft Position Sensor measures the exact rotational position of the camshaft, which the engine control module (PCM) uses to control fuel injectors and ignition coils. When the PCM detects an irregular or no signal, it will set code P000D.
